I SLEPT!!!!!  I took Benadryl at 9, conked out by 9:30, woke up here and there coughing but I kept a drink on my nightstand and was able to go back to sleep each time.  YEAH!!!!  I feel rested today.  I still have a nasty, snotty cold, but it is getting better.

Gained 3 pounds this weekend, but that is par for the course for me.  We will see where I am on Thursday----that is the important day.  Mondays do not count.

Hooray for sleep! I ate SO CRAPPY this weekend. In n Out - chocolate cream pie - pound cake - turkey dinner. But it sure did taste good!

Nice run!

You are doing great, and I think your body will pay you back for that sleep with more weight loss! I just know it!!

Oh, and nice speedy run. I now wish I wouldn't have slept in so I could chat while you ran and I walked!

Glad you got some sleep--nice fast finish run!

That's quite a speed increase over the course of your run.

Congratulations on a good night's sleep. Maybe I should try Benadryl.

Super job on the sleep, Kelli! I'm happy for you! :-)

AAAHhhhhhhh...sleep. It does wonders.

From Rhett on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 16:41:37 from 74.32.219.217

You were moving by the end of that run. Nice job, especially with a cold.

From Smooth on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 17:57:39 from 174.23.215.144

9.5 hours sleep?!!! WOW! CONGRATULATIONS!

Glad to hear your cold is getting better! AWESOME progressive run! How many lbs are you planning to loose again? I can't remember. You're doing great...19 more days to go!

From Kelli on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 18:20:26 from 71.219.89.82

135 pounds by my birthday, then MAYBE 130 by Boston. That is the goal. We will see how the 135 goes, I struggle with weight loss. ;o(

From Smooth on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 18:27:25 from 174.23.215.144

Hey you were at 135ish last Fri. So you're there already. We're 10 weeks out from Boston. 1 lb a week is totally doable and healthy way to loose. YOU CAN DO IT!!! Skinny Kelli!!! Yes you are!

From Kelli on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 18:47:37 from 71.219.89.82

I was there last Friday, darn weekends!!!!!! I need to learn self control. But, hopefully I can do this, one little baby step at a time!

From Lyman on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 19:55:09 from 170.135.241.45

Glad you got a solid 9.5 hours of sleep. Thats got to feel gooooood.

BTW - I've told you before that I also always weigh more on Mondays than on Thursday or Friday. I really think it has to do with hydration. Anyway, just weigh yourself once a week, Thursdays, to avoid the grief.

From Tracy on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 20:25:23 from 173.23.75.96

I gain weight on the weekends too! Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

Nice speed at the end of this run!

From artichoke on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 22:32:11 from 71.37.117.184

My cold is just about a week ahead of yours and I'm feeling like it's just about gone. Hope yours improves as well. You're doing great even with those symtoms. Hang in there.

From baldnspicy on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 23:41:17 from 72.77.113.184

Hey Kelli, apparently, all you have to do is this to lose 5-10 lbs!
